I admit, I don't get it. It's a GAME, FGS! And the day after
PlayStation 3 came out in the US (with limited availability, of course), people posted
auctions with starting prices of thousands of dollars. I saw one with 3 PS3s and a price of $20,000. I'm sorry, but what game can possibly be worth that much - even if it is by Sony? :)
Or am I missing the point entirely?
Thankfully the prices are back in the slightly-more-realistic zone and eBay has several
PS3 auctions at around $600 or less (I saw one today at $352.50!). Some of these finish in a couple of minutes, so I put up a dynamic list on a special
PlayStation PS3 page so the top auctions finishing in 30 minutes or more are all on one page and you can scan through them and take a closer look at the ones you're interested in. And if you're not already registered with eBay, it's quick and easy to do. Just make sure you leave enough time to complete your registration before the auction ends.
